Very satisfied

Positive experience. I bought my pair of boots online on a Monday morning, to have the UPS guy knocking at my door on Tuesday at 830am with my purchase in hands.
Quick and everything came perfectly: right size, right colour, just as you would expect.
I also contacted their costumer service on their page to check for my tracking number, and the service was quick and efficient as well.

Fast shipping and good quality

I ordered vans and they came 2 days later. I was skeptical about ordering because all of the negative reviews, but for me my order came fast and it came as it was advertised on the site.

Great customer support

From the moment I walked in, all around phenomenal customer support from the entire team.
Destynie especially went above and beyond to ensure i was able to give my family the Christmas they deserve after the year everyone has had. This team made me miss how it felt to walk into a store and I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future. College Station store#0567

So upset

I ordered the white chuck Taylor's and the description did not specify leather and then I ordered a pair of black and white and when I opened the box the tissue is all tore up inside the box the sneakers barely fit and the front is scuffed like somebody tried to put them on. I am done ordering online, either your package is missing or you receive worn looking product. Going on vacation with no sneakers. Thanks alot

Bad return and exchange service

Make sure you order a pair of shoes that you are sure you want and know the exact size that you need. Receiving a refund takes up to 6 weeks after the return was processed on their end, which I never received even after 6 weeks. The exchange takes up to 6 weeks as well after they receive the returned shoes, and I am hoping I will receive my exchange and not get the faith in them crushed again.

Received WORN shoes

Placed an online order for White Filas... They're return policy states that there are no refunds on "worn" merchandise yet the shoes I ordered were CLEARLY work and returned and then shipped out to me. When I called customer service I was offered a code for 5$ off of my next purchase of 25$ or more... The same stupid code that I already received on my receipt with my order.
